Jane M. O'Sullivan
I enjoy being an advocate for new Americans. I immigrated to the United States as
a child and as a result personally understand the challenges that our complex immigration
system poses for families and individuals.
In 1997, I graduated from Georgetown University in Washington DC with a Bachelor’s
of Arts. Prior to attending law school, I worked as a high school teacher in Seattle
and an ESL teacher in Thailand. These experiences helped me develop an effective
communication style that I utilize with immigration officers, judges and clients.
In 2003, I received my law degree from the University of Washington. My focus was
on Immigration and Refugee Studies.
I am a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the American Immigration
Lawyer's Association. I am admitted to practice before the United States District
Court of the Western District of Washington.
As an attorney who practices immigration law exclusively, I am proud of the high
level of personal attention and case expertise that I bring to each client matter.
I look forward to assisting you in obtaining immigration benefits or citizenship for yourself,
a family member or an employee.
